Focus

What we place our attention on happens. I knew someone long ago that laughed and teased his friend because he locked the keys in his car. What do you think happened shortly after. Within a week or two, he also locked his keys in his car.

How we focus our thoughts is important. Our thoughts either internal or spoken carry a vibration. If the focus is negative in
nature it will return to us that way. Usually we don't recognize it. We think instead why are these things happening? I'm a good person.

Of course deep down we are all beautiful and blessed beings. It's the surface personality that needs to be cleaned up.

Shift the focus onto beginning to transform what is said or thought in the most positive way. Stay away from degrading words. Put downs are not allowed. Pretend you are speaking to yourself. How would what your planning to say make you feel? Direct conversation with this in mind.

If the focus is positive and uplifting it will return to you that way.

Tone is so important. Keep the tone of voice in a good manner. We all know how snarky voices make us feel.

One thing to keep in mind...-...IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SPEAKER.

If someone is mean, it's about them. If your mean, it's about you.

If someone directs their thoughts to you like their spitting nails, step aside. Mentally repeat, no thanks.
If you happen to spit verbal nails to someone by mistake apologize as fast as you can.

We have been taught by many in our upbringing through unawareness, now through choice we can replace the tools in our toolbox.

I am very blessed

I am very blessed

All affirmations to be truly effective need to be in even number syllables. I am blessed is 4 syllables. I am very blessed is 6 syllables.

I am so relaxed

I am ready to rest

I am blessed

Mentally or out loud repeat these phrases
as often as you can throughout your day. Get into the habit of injecting a healthy dose of high vibration thoughts.

Feel relaxation wave over and through you when repeating I AM READY TO REST.

Feel grateful when vibrating I AM VERY BLESSED.

You see, we are always projecting thoughts and feelings inward and outward. Keep a focus how these make you feel and change it up. Make a decision to vibrate at a higher level. I AM HAPPY.

Focus on this instead and watch the magic show up. It will make you feel I AM BLESSED.

Blessings

Blessings are a wonderful gift to receive.

Call forth from the divine to see the perfection or beauty in your life.

You may be thinking I am greatly unhappy at work. I don't think I can see any perfection here. Or, my life is a mess there is no beauty anywhere.

As these examples may be true choose to see what you see differently.
How do you do this? Start small and simple.
Look directly into someone's eyes when you speak to them. Speak kind words. Speak with kind tones of voice.

Naught everyone looks the same. Instead of judging and speaking with that attitude try to be kind as you look into their eyes. This way how they look is of no importance. Watch the reaction. It may take a few times to become natural. One day practice pays off beauty will shine not only from their eyes but yours as well. The gift is given and received.

Notice how you feel. Feel the reaction from the other person.

Warm your spirit

Our spirits need attention just like our friends, partners and pets.
If we never acknowledged our friends they would never be around for us.
If we never acknowledged our partners they would leave us.
If we never acknowledged our pets they would not acknowledge our commands.

Our spirit is who we actually are. The personality is acting it out in this world we call life on planet earth.

How do we acknowledge something we can't see? Just close your eyes and inwardly say, Hello.

The rest is up to you as long as you speak
from the heart. Why do we even want to do this? Because life happens from the inside out.
Going inward can cause happiness and harmony.

Speed bump

I'm just wondering - Do you take as much care of your family and friends as you do going over a speed bump in your car?

Have you ever been behind someone going ever so slowly over a speed bump? So slow that you come to a complete stop. I have, this car crawled one tire at a time. One tire in slow motion gently rolled over the hill. That's how slow it seemed, first the front tires and finally the back tires.
I chuckled to myself and thought, if the driver of this car took as precious care of his/her family and friends, life might be different.
Let's say care was taken when speaking to others. Thought went before action. Kindness was the first order of the day. Respect, respect goes hand in hand with unselfishness. If someone is selfish it is hard to be genuine with respect and care to others.

Lets play.
I call observing what I do and how I do it play. Observe when interacting with others if you are taking care going over the speed bump or speeding through. And when going over a speed bump if all communication has been respectful and kind.

A sudden jolt out of your seat will reset your attention.

Just for today

Just for today,

Just for today say thank you or have a good day as you make direct eye contact with the person you are with.

Just for today make eye contact with the one you are speaking with as much as you can.

Just for today try this. It has as a powerful affect on the other person.  However, it has a greater affect on you. What a beautiful gift to yourself. All this goodness comes forth from within you to reach out to others.

Just for today try this and when tomorrow becomes today, begin again. What a simple way to begin giving.
